QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelors degree
2. Proper license with proper endorsement

SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS
1. Base salary for the 2025-2026 school year is $43696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
2. Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
3. Two (2) days personal leave per year.
