Job SummaryAs a Loan Origination Supervisor in the Closing Coordination team you coach and monitor daily performance support business partners and ensure quality and compliance in post-approval loan processes.
Job Responsibilities- Interact directly with business partners to provide operational details and resolve processing issues
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to the Closing Coordination team
- Partner with managers on new initiatives system enhancements and post-implementation monitoring
- Oversee daily production inventory and conduct internal quality monitoring
- Support Loan Origination Specialists with guidance and assistance
- Extensive experience in commercial lending with proven independent judgment
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and regulations affecting due diligence
- Ability to coach teammates to improve error and accuracy rates
- Team-oriented with excellent communication interpersonal and client service skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent
- Advanced expertise in post-approval commercial lending processes
- Experience leading operational teams in financial services
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant loan origination systems
- Experience with quality assurance and compliance monitoring
- Ability to drive team engagement and professional development
