Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the design implementation and management of competitive benefits programs across multiple countries. This role is critical for ensuring strategic alignment with talent objectives operational excellence and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Delivery: Develop and execute regional benefits strategies aligned with global priorities.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Reward People Business Partners Payroll Legal Procurement and external vendors. Influence senior leadership and ensure alignment across functions.

Operations & Compliance: Own all operational processes for benefits delivery including payroll deductions enrolments vendor integrations and invoice processing. Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.

Employee Experience: Simplify complex benefits information leverage digital tools and champion wellbeing and diversity-focused initiatives. Data & Insights: Analyze program utilization ROI and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-country benefits programmes with
  • compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including influencing senior leaders and
  • collaborating across multiple functions.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional
  • initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences; ability to simplify complex
  • information.
  • Highly analytical and numerate proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Finance Procurement and Payments processes; experience with
  • Ariba and Oracle desirable.
  • Knowledge of vendor management benefits administration systems and compliance
  • requirements.
  • Ability to leverage digital tools (including AI) and champion innovation in employee
  • experience.

  • Proactive with strong initiative accuracy and attention to detail.
