Your responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision goals and success KPIs in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product backlog prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value business impact and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout discovery and delivery to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality execution during sprints.
- Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing customer support sales and operations teams.
- Monitor product performance against defined KPIs and continuously iterate based on feedback insights and results.
- Facilitate clear cross-functional communication and alignment across teams and leadership.
- Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Product Manager preferably in logistics e-commerce or a related technology-driven industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching scaling and managing digital products end-to-end.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Design Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product management principles tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data analysis tools to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Masters degree in Business Engineering Management UX Design or a related field.
- Experience working across multiple functions or regions and/or exposure to leadership roles.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Agile PMP UX Cloud ITIL).
