- Assist in developing and executing commercial plans to drive business growth.
- Analyse sales data market trends and customer insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail marketing and supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize stock availability.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications :
- At least 3 years in retail merchandising or related field.
- Experience working in retail industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytic skills and excellent numerical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior internship or experience in commercial planning sales or supply chain is a plus.
- Able to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required
