We are building a Special Projects Unit to solve operational problems across multiple businesses.
This role involves entering a business identifying inefficiencies implementing systems and leaving the business in a better more structured state.
This is a hands-on execution role designed for individuals who learn fast take ownership and enjoy solving real business problems.
Core Responsibilities:
Business Diagnosis
- Observe daily operations
- Identify process gaps bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Map current workflows
Execution and amp; Improvement
- Implement SOPs and checklists
- Improve task ownership and reporting
- Set up simple dashboards and tracking
Documentation
- Document processes and improvements
- Create handover playbooks
- Ensure repeatability
Project-Based Work
- Work in 46 week cycles per business or function
- Deliver clear before/after outcomes
What Success Looks Like
- Founder involvement reduced
- Processes documented and followed
- Teams operate with clarity
- Fewer recurring issues
Ideal Candidate Profile
