The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for internal and external employer branding campaigns while supporting video projects when needed. This role focuses primarily on graphic design but requires a solid understanding of video editing to produce versatile impactful content.
Youll design content for global initiatives internal campaigns career site assets and candidate-facing materials collaborating closely with the brand strategist digital marketing leader and video designer to ensure a consistent world-class visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design impactful visuals for global campaigns social media internal initiatives and candidate communications.
- Develop templates and toolkits for regional teams to maintain brand consistency worldwide.
- Partner with the video & motion designer to produce integrated multimedia campaigns mixing static motion and interactive elements.
- Create graphics for the career site including banners landing page visuals and promotional assets.
- Translate data insights and EVP messaging into compelling infographics and storytelling visuals.
- Stay up to date on employer branding trends and propose innovative design approaches.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience
- 4 years of experience in graphic design ideally in employer branding marketing or digital campaigns.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign).
- Intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro After Effects) to support multimedia projects.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and how to adapt them creatively across multiple platforms.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with employer branding or talent acquisition is a plus.
