Job Summary
Role: Brand Graphic Designer
Priority Location: LATAM
Working Hours: 40 hours per week aligned with US hours

Base Salary Range: $2500 - $3000/month

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Brand Graphic Designer to join the lineageprovisions team. This role is crucial for maintaining and elevating our brand identity across all visual touchpoints from digital marketing materials to packaging design and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design an eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate strategic marketing goals into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials including website graphics social media content email templates presentations and print collateral ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity style guides and design systems for the brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing product and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Oversee the design of product packaging and in-store visual merchandising.
- Manage the digital asset library ensuring all design files are organized and easily accessible.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends design software and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Be comfortable working with an external branding agency on a refresh project.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in brand design graphic design and digital marketing.
- A strong well-curated portfolio showcasing expertise in typography layout color theory and visual branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Solid understanding of design principles for both print and digital media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the food beverage or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics a plus.
- Experience with front-end web design (HTML/CSS) or UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello)
