About the Role: Were looking for a highly creative performance-minded low-ego Graphic Designer to own our visual identity end-to-end. This person will deeply understand our brand aesthetic and translate it across paid ads organic social email web packaging and beyond while staying hands-on in execution.
Were hiring our first internal Brand / Graphic Designer to own our design system end-to-end across the business.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be the person who deeply understands the our brand aesthetic and knows how to apply and extend it across our myriad touchpoints from email paid ads and web to print packaging and swag.
You wont just be making things look good. Youll be designing with intent performance and conversion and brand aesthetic in mind. That means understanding how design influences click-through rates conversion rates engagement and long-term brand equity.
This is a ground-floor execution role with high ownership. Youll work closely with Marketing Growth Retention and Leadership to translate strategy into visuals that perform. You should be just as comfortable designing a high-converting Meta ad as you are laying out an email and making a viral social media slide post.
You should be excited to use AI tools to move faster experiment more and push creative output further than traditional workflows allow.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Paid Ad Design
- Own the design of all static paid ad creative on Meta.
- Design ads with a strong understanding of conversion messaging hooks and performance feedback loops.
- Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance data and testing insights.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to develop new creative angles and concepts.
Organic Social Design
- Design static posts carousels and visual systems for organic social.
- Maintain a consistent recognizable our aesthetic across platforms.
- Translate educational and brand storytelling content into compelling visual formats.
Email Design
- Own email design across campaigns flows and launches.
- Create email layouts that drive curiosity highlight value props and support conversion.
- Work closely with the Retention and Marketing teams to ensure emails are visually aligned readable and on-brand.
Web UX/UI & Packaging
- Support website design needs including PDP sections landing pages and UX improvements.
- Collaborate on packaging design for new product launches and line extensions.
- Ensure brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
Creative Systems & Execution
- Maintain and evolve our design system and brand guidelines.
- Own end-to-end execution from concept to final asset delivery.
- Use AI-powered design tools to increase speed quality and experimentation.
- Support cross-functional design needs as the brand grows.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design at a DTC / CPG brand
- A deep portfolio demonstrating best-in-class work across mediums
- Strong experience designing performance creative ads(specifically Meta Ads Creation)
- Strong experience with email design
- Strong experience with web / UX / UI design
- Strong experience with photography / photo and video editing
- Deep understanding of conversion-focused marketing messaging
- Comfortable working across multiple formats and platforms including Canva and Klaviyo
- Very proficient in AI design tools and workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Packaging design experience
- Shopify themes sections and page builder experience (Ex - Replo)
- Experience creating UGC content for social
- Experience using SAAS tools / analytics assess performance (Triple Whale Ads Manager Klaviyo Postscript Atria Motion etc)
- Deep personal interest in health nutrition or regenerative agriculture
Success Metrics:
