As a Manager in our Brisbane M&A team youll lead engagements mentor junior team members and work directly with clients on strategic decisions that matter.

Your Opportunity
As a Manager you will:
- Lead and manage transaction processes across the full deal cycle including buy-side sell-side and capital raising mandates.
- Oversee the preparation of indicative valuation reports detailed financial models and complex financial analyses.
- Provide strategic insights and financial due diligence to buyers and vendors.
- Draft and review client-ready marketing materials including information memoranda prospectuses and board presentations.
- Drive business development initiatives including mapping potential targets building client relationships and contributing to proposals.
- Collaborate with national and global KPMG teams on cross-border transactions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop technical and commercial skills.

Your Experience
We value diversity of thought and experience. Ideally you have:
- Significant experience in investment banking corporate advisory private equity or Big 4/Mid-tier accounting (M&A Advisory or Transaction Services).
- Proven ability to manage deal processes end-to-end including client interaction and stakeholder management.
- Advanced technical skills in financial modelling valuation and due diligence.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance accounting economics or related fields; CA or CFA highly regarded.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive attitude strong team ethic and motivation to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
