What impact you will have

You will lead events field marketing and marketing operations for the APAC region ensuring strong demand generation brand visibility and regional alignment with Submers global strategy.

What youll do

Plan and execute events webinars and field marketing campaigns across the APAC region.

Develop marketing operations processes including CRM analytics and reporting.

Collaborate with sales product and global marketing teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to enhance brand engagement.

What youll need

Proven experience in field marketing events and marketing operations in APAC or international markets.

Excellent project management organizational and communication skills.

Ability to coordinate across multiple countries time zones and teams.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.

Adaptable proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
