Our client in the clothing sector (Fabric Store ) is seeking to hire a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service managing the business transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily store operations including sales customer service and inventory management
- Manage a team of sales associates and provide guidance and support
- Meet sales targets and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Monitor inventory levels manage stockroom and optimize product displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain store appearance and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage budgets cash handling and financial reporting
Requirements
1. Education: OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration Marketing or related field
2. Experience: 2-5 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Proximity to Lekki phase 1 is required.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
