About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Retention & Sales Specialist to join our team and support the German market. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with customers have strong sales skills and can confidently handle retention situations.
You will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls providing guidance identifying needs and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience with a strong focus on maintaining loyalty and promoting suitable products or services.
Main Responsibilities
Handle customer contacts via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain loyal customer relationships through excellent service and personalised support.
Manage inbound calls from customers who wish to cancel their contract focusing on retention strategies.
Provide clear and effective customer advice on available services and offers.
Identify opportunities to create added value for the customer including sales and upselling.
Communicate effectively while meeting both qualitative and quantitative targets.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role (preferred).
Fluent German (mandatory).
Fluent English (mandatory).
Strong commercial mindset and proven sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to understand needs and create solutions.
Stress resilience flexibility and strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently with accuracy and organization.
Good computer skills.
Completed vocational training or relevant work experience (preferred).

Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 900 gross / month
Performance bonus: up to 360 gross / month
Language allowance: 500 gross / month
Meal allowance: 9.60 net/day (approx. 201.60 per month)
Attendance bonuses: up to 110 per month
Flex work allowance: up to 60 per month (gross)
Permanent contract after 6 months
Health insurance provided
Possibility to work remotely from abroad after 6 months
100% remote position
