We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

About the project:

You will support French-speaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to companys clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting clients by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
• Provide support to content creators both in French and English;
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (must be C2)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• You live Lisbon Portugal or you are ready to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• We do NOT require previous experience we will teach you everything

What we offer:

• Salary without accommodation: 1300 euro gross
• Salary with accommodation: 1050 euro gross
• Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted)
• RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad

CONTRACT:

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;

Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.
