Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (F)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Min 5 Year of Experience in End to End Non IT Recruitment Process

Salary: 6 lpa - 7 lpa

Job Role:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment.
* Source and screen candidates through multiple platforms.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
* Manage offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
* Ensure good candidate experience.
* Support employer branding activities.
* Follow recruitment policies and compliance.
* Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
