Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers understanding their financial needs and promoting loan or financial products. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills sales aptitude and fluency in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for personal loans and other financial products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
Explain product details clearly and professionally to customers.
Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversions.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and persuasive attitude.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated target-oriented and performance-driven
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in Personal Loans Credit Cards Insurance Banking Finance or Mutual Funds
Candidates with prior Customer Support experience from the above fields are acceptable.
Experience in outbound sales / telesales will be an added advantage
Language Requirements:
Candidates must have a balance of Hindi English and one regional language (Gujarati Kannada Bengali or Telugu).
Preferred combinations:
o (Gujarati/Bengali) – Central/North India Hindi Regional Language English (average proficiency)
o (Kannada) – South India English Regional Language Hindi (average proficiency)
Education & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–2 years Maximum Experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
