Job Summary

Service Center Acceptance & Evaluation

  • Develop plans and carry out the monthly acceptance and evaluation of service centers operated by dealers and partners based on VinFast standards and the expansion roadmap.

Periodic Service Quality Evaluation

  • Analyze and build standard processes checklists and KPIs for periodic (monthly/quarterly) service quality evaluations according to VinFast standards for service centers.
  • Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly evaluations of service quality based on VinFast criteria.
  • Analyze results propose improvement plans and requirements and follow up on progress to ensure KPIs are met.




Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry preferably with electric vehicle brands or major automotive brands.
  • Experience in service quality evaluation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to travel for business

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies. Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms. Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture. Proficient in English (reading writing and communication). Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
