Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Carry out quality analysis activities and ensure all related procedures are properly implemented and maintained.

Support the development implementation and certification of the ESD management system.
-
Coordinate with counterparts at factories in China to collect and review lessons learned including customer complaints product returns and findings from internal third-party or customer audits; propose and implement corrective and preventive actions as required.

Provide regular progress reports to the Senior Quality Manager and assist with tasks assigned by the QA/QE Manager.

Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to identify improvement opportunities propose appropriate quality initiatives and lead their execution.

Conduct internal audits on production lines to ensure full compliance with WTVN quality procedures and standards.

Support customer audit activities including audit preparation pre-audit reviews on-site coordination and follow-up on corrective actions.

Deliver technical guidance and training to employees to support quality improvement and compliance initiatives.

Assist in equipment buy-off and qualification processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or above.
-
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles within a manufacturing or related industry.

Strong knowledge of quality tools techniques and methodologies.

Practical experience applying structured problem-solving approaches.

Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement activities.

Excellent analytical critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Good command of English both written and verbal.

Solid knowledge of ISO/TS16949 AS9100 and ISO 13485 quality standards.

Familiarity with ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 and EHS-related documentation and requirements.

Good understanding and practical experience in EMS manufacturing processes.

Experience in customer communication audit coordination and follow-up activities.
WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) plus 2 Saturdays per month.

Competitive salary with housing allowance.

Overtime allowance ranging from 5 to 6 million VND per month.

13th-month salary.
