Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
-
Set up new production lines including line layout design equipment selection tooling jig and fixture design; prepare indirect material lists standard cycle times manufacturing instructions and PFMEA documentation.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency product quality and cost reduction.

Provide technical support to the NPI (New Product Introduction) team during new product launches.

Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).

Supervise and guide PIE technicians to ensure proper execution of processes and tasks.

Ensure that all work processes machinery and tooling designs comply with health and safety standards.

Implement and comply with requirements and regulations set by the Safety Committee.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Junior college degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Electronics Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.

At least 5 years of solid working experience in the EMS industry with hands-on knowledge of SMT PCBA wave soldering coating and box build processes.

Good English communication skills; Chinese speaking ability is a plus.
