About the Role

This is a full-time office-based role with weekly on-site visits. Youll manage multiple projects and take full ownership across planning delivery and completion.

Perfect for a mid-level PM with 23 years of experience who has a strong foundation and is ready to step up. A trade background particularly carpentry is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee construction programs
  • Coordinate procurement scheduling and project planning
  • Lead contract administration cost control and budget management
  • Ensure compliance with NCC WHS and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
  • Maintain high standards of site performance and discipline
  • Communicate professionally with clients trades and internal teams
  • Resolve issues efficiently with sound technical judgment
  • Manage materials equipment and overall site logistics

Who Will Thrive Here

  • 23 years experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong in planning programming reporting and stakeholder management
  • Carpentry or broader trade background highly advantageous
