About the Role
This is a full-time office-based role with weekly on-site visits. Youll manage multiple projects and take full ownership across planning delivery and completion.
Perfect for a mid-level PM with 23 years of experience who has a strong foundation and is ready to step up. A trade background particularly carpentry is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee construction programs
- Coordinate procurement scheduling and project planning
- Lead contract administration cost control and budget management
- Ensure compliance with NCC WHS and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
- Maintain high standards of site performance and discipline
- Communicate professionally with clients trades and internal teams
- Resolve issues efficiently with sound technical judgment
- Manage materials equipment and overall site logistics
Who Will Thrive Here
