St. Mary of the Annunciation School is seeking a dedicated and resourceful educator to lead our technology initiatives teach students in grades 3-8 work with colleagues to integrate technology in the classroom and maintain and grow the makerspace. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Deliver engaging technology lessons for grades 3-8 helping students develop digital skills and hands-on creativity.-Technology Integration Support: Assist teachers with integrating technology into their classrooms. Support teachers who use the makerspace for project-based learning troubleshooting technology issues and assist students as needed.-Makerspace Management: Ability to keep track of and maintain shared resources for all students and teachers.-Invention Convention Coordination: Collaborate with the middle school science teacher to host an annual Invention Convention for grades 6-8.-Support students in developing confidence resilience and problem-solving skills by modeling a maker mindset and nurturing iterative student-led discovery. An ideal candidate is able to balance structured instruction with fostering student independence critical thinking and Qualifications:Experience teaching technology or STEAM subjects ideally with some makerspace with PCs Apple devices and with 3D printing computer-controlled cutting machine (Cricut) heat press and LEGO Degree in educational technology Masters Degree preferred3 years of experience preferred
