Job Summary:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Infor Lawson HR Payroll and Talent Management modules ensuring reliable system performance and support for HR operations.
- Manage a team of 14 analysts and programmers offering coaching prioritization and oversight to efficiently handle service requests enhancements and work orders.
- Lead and coordinate HR technology mini-projects configuration updates and incident resolution related to Lawson HCM applications.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues optimize workflows and meet operational needs.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation team readiness and operational continuity during the transition to an Oracle ERP system.
- Shadow the current manager during onboarding to understand existing processes integrations and support structures.
- Oversee integrated HR-adjacent systems (such as Timekeeping Workforce Management Warehouse Management Pyxis and Just-in-Time Ordering) for seamless data flow and alignment.
- Maintain system stability by preserving current processes and minimizing disruption throughout the Oracle ERP implementation.
- Leverage proven experience in HR technology management especially with Infor Lawson HR Payroll and cross-module integrations.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills technical team leadership and ability to coordinate with business partners in a dynamic environment.
- (Preferred) Bring hands-on experience with related modules and familiarity with integrated operational systems.
