Job Title: Bar Manager

The Bar Manager will work closely with the entire Food and Beverage Department; including the Catering Director Banquet Manager and Food & Beverage Manager. They will oversee the bar operation as it relates to the a la carte restaurant private parties as well as member functions. This role is required to work evenings holidays and weekends. The Bar Manager will oversee a team of bar staff ranging from 5-10 people pending the season. They are responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all bar team members as well as leading training for staff. The Bar Manager plays an important role in the ongoing training of the team. They will be responsible for communicating and holding staff accountable to all CCB standards. They must have a passion for building strong professional relationships with the members as well as their team.
