Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high content standards We are looking for a Content Moderator fluent in Bulgarian and English to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki!

What Youll Do:

Content Review: Evaluate and review a variety of digital content including videos news articles and social media profiles for compliance with guidelines.
Policy Enforcement: Score content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness violence and explicit material ensuring consistent application of policies.
Accuracy: Enforce client terms of use identifying subtle differences in digital communication to maintain high standards.
Participate & Support: Engage in employee assistance programs and training contributing to a supportive and effective work environment.
Handle Sensitive Material: Manage potentially sensitive content including violence and hate speech with professionalism and empathy.

What Were Looking For:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bulgarian (C1) and English (C1) with excellent communication and grammatical skills.
Experience: Previous experience in content moderation BPO or contact centers preferred.
Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive content demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Cultural Awareness: Good understanding of the political and social context in Bulgarian-speaking regions.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
