Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via phone email or chat in Croatian.

  • Assist users with inquiries related to products services orders or technical issues.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.

  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Follow company procedures and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Fluent Croatian (C1 or native level).

  • Good English (B1/B2) for internal communication and training.

  • Previous customer support or contact center experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.
