Position Overview
Were seeking an enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Representative to join our remote this role youll assist clients with their travel inquiries bookings and post-travel support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in travel planning.
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via phone email and chat.

Assist clients with travel quotes bookings payments and itinerary details.

Answer questions about destinations accommodations and travel options.

Qualifications
