Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a friendly patient and tech-comfortable Customer Service Representative to help customers get set up and onboarded with their AI vending machines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people is confident using computers and remote support tools and is interested in supporting small business owners as they grow.
