Position reports to Site Manager Site Leader.
High school diploma or GED plus 1 2 years of related work experience.
Previous experience with copy jobs preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.
Working knowledge of copiers related equipment and basic repair techniques preferred.
Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
Basic electronics knowledge preferred.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Skill in selecting appropriate packing methods and materials and verifying packing slip accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions for mail delivery.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation such as manuals and parts catalogs.
Excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
