As a key member of our customer service team youll collaborate closely with colleagues while also working independently to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Experience from the service industry - such as banking finance or call centers - is a plus but not required. We also welcome applicants from retail or similar customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat and email.
- Handle incoming calls from credit card and savings account customers.
- Assist with general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with Norwegian as your primary language.
- Comfortable using phone and computer as your main work tools.
- Positive approachable and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred (e.g. retail service industry).
- Genuine interest in helping people and solving their problems.
- Fluent Norwegian language skills.
