Job Summary

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish all in one place. Turning clunky static contracts into customer-oriented digital contracts that feel like magic.

Who you are

We are looking for a curious driven and people-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our office in Oslo. You will build strong customer relationships and grow in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You enjoy learning new tools taking ownership and helping customers succeed by guiding them through digital workflows. You may be early in your career but you are structured motivated and eager to make an impact.

What youll do

  • Own and manage a large portfolio of small to mid-sized customers

  • Lead customer onboardings and ensure successful product adoption

  • Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities within your portfolio

  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to create customer value

Skills and requirements

  • Experience from a customer-facing role (Customer Success Sales Support Consulting or similar)

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships

  • Technical curiosity and interest in digital tools SaaS and integrations

  • Structured proactive and comfortable managing multiple customers at once

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
