As a Customer Experience Representative in the Aftermarket segment you will manage your own customer portfolio and work closely with the SKF Account team. Your work includes handling orders preparing quotations coordinating supply chain activities and ensuring customers receive a positive experience. You will also contribute to digitalization initiatives and help shape the digital journey with customers and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the SKF Nordics Aftermarket Account teama close collaboration with the Key Account Manager and Application Engineerworking together to deliver value and drive addition youll join the Nordic Customer Experience team of eight colleagues across the region.
This is a central role within our sales organization offering the chance to build a broad network within SKF and with key customers. You will take an active role in pricing and quotations and work with established high-profile customersmaking this position broader and more impactful than a traditional customer service role.

Additional information
The position is based in Oslo Norway with occasional work from our Gothenburg officeprimarily during the initial training period and then a few days per month as agreed.
