What are we looking for
We are looking to incorporate a Store Manager for our store in Rua das Flores Porto with availability for full-time from the 1st of December. Previous experience in retail management team leadership and customer-focused environments will be highly valued. A good level of English is also an advantage.

Main responsibilities

• Lead motivate and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage scheduling task delegation training and performance follow-up of the team.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
• Ensure optimal stock levels carry out inventory controls and coordinate with logistics when needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and incidents ensuring fast and effective resolution.
• Guarantee proper cash handling store opening and closing procedures and operational accuracy.
