Role: Senior Tech Lead
Education: BE/ Mandatory
Preferred from Tier-1 Institutes: IITs IIITs BITS Pilani NITs
Experience: 7 years in software development
Prior experience in a product-based company is a must

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE
Spring Boot & Microservices architecture hands-on experience
Solid experience with containerization technologies
Working knowledge of ReactJS (front-end exposure)
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
Practical exposure to Docker & Kubernetes

Methodologies:

Strong understanding & real-world experience with Agile SDLC

Leadership & Management:

Proven project management skills (planning risk management & issue resolution)
Excellent leadership communication & collaboration skills
Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams towards excellence
