Job Summary

The Regional Lead will oversee IT Operations and Application Engineering for Payment Services ensuring system stability incident resolution change management and application performance. This role combines leadership in production operations with hands-on technical expertise to enhance service availability drive automation and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Decide and drive strategies for smooth functioning of operations and application development

Lead teams handling incident investigation change requests Production Monitoring.

Application development for performance improvement Emergency fixes and permanent solution for issues reported

Ensure system reliability performance optimization and business continuity (PRA).

Oversee release management post-production support and small enhancements.

Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.

Manage risk mitigation compliance and security protocols across regional operations.

Drive automation initiatives to reduce recurring issues and improve efficiency.

Provide L2/L3 technical support and root cause analysis for production issues.

Maintain technical documentation and develop team capabilities.
