Job description -
  • Work on a variety of design projects ranging from marketing campaigns social media posts print and digital collateral (such as newsletters emailers and annual reports) to branding and visual identity projects.
  • Design or redesign distinctive visual identities for products services ororganisations (B2B and B2C alike).
  • Define and create the visual language as an extension of the brand including elements like illustrations icons colours typography animations brand motif and photography and encapsulate these into style guides.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative teams on brand creatives and campaigns right from ideation to final artwork.
  • Follow client brand guidelines to ensure that all output is on-brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends design best practices and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Preferably a working knowledge of materials production processes costs and timelines which impact design execution.
  • 3 years of agency experience as a Brand/ Graphic/ Communication designer with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication/ Fine Arts or a related field.
  • Strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates a wide range of design proficiency from brand identity and advertising work to newsletters websites social media collateral and illustrations.
  • Experience in brand and visual identity design is a must.
  • In-depth understanding of branding principles typography colourtheories and other design principles to create comprehensive brand assets and usage guidelines.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate and justify design decisions.
