Job Summary

Job Description:

Own and drive the Salesforce testing strategy across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and CG Cloud implementations.
Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning estimation execution defect management and test closure.
Manage SIT UAT and E2E test cycles ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
Define and maintain test approaches test plans test cases and test summary reports.
Oversee defect triaging prioritization RCA and resolution in collaboration with development and business teams.
Lead and mentor QA teams ensuring adherence to testing standards processes and best practices.
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders during UAT ensuring requirements are validated and signed off.
Track and report test metrics and KPIs using dashboards and regular status reports.
Ensure compliance with QA processes audits and documentation standards.
Support in-sprint testing and regression automation initiatives to improve test efficiency.
