Role Responsibilities:

Design high-conversion thumbnails for YouTube Instagram and Shorts for Finance with Sharan YouTube Channel and FWS Clips.
Work closely with the content and strategy teams to align thumbnails with hooks emotions and CTR goals
Maintain visual consistency while continuously experimenting with new thumbnail styles
Deliver fast turnarounds to support daily content requirements

What are we looking for

Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram thumbnail psychology
Prior experience with finance creator or infotainment content preferred
Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools
Ability to think from a viewer and performance-first perspective
Portfolio is mandatory for evaluation
