You will work closely withthe Factory managerunit managers operational teams and other finance colleagueson a global scale.

AsStrategic Finance BusinessPartneryoullbe a key member of the factorys management team responsible for overseeing financial planning analysis and control to ensure the factorys profitability and operational efficiency.

Youllfocus on lookingforwardand making things happenidentifyingopportunities to improve processes supporting smarter ways of working and helping the business grow.

Yourresponsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted business advisor to the factory management team providing critical insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.

• Lead theforecasts andannual costing update processwithaccuracy and alignment with business goals.

• Analyze and present financial data acrossfactory sales cost centers and projects to drive transparency and performance.

• Deliver clear management reports and KPIs that support actionable results-driven decisions.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop compelling business cases.

• Collaborate withFactory Managerunit managers operational teams and technical leaders toidentifyopportunities for improvement and efficiency.

• Utilize digital tools to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes.

• Promote best practices align financial processes across factories globally and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• A strong academic foundation Bachelors orMasters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field ready to turn theory into impact.

• Fluency in Danish and English you communicate with confidence and build trust across teams.

• Hands-on experience in controlling ideally in a manufacturing environment where complexity is your comfort zone.

• Tech-savvy mindset skilled in Power BI and Microsoft Office and eager to turn data into decisions.

• D365 experience Great!If notyourecurious and quick to learn.

• Collaboration is your superpower you influence decisions and create alignment through strong relationships.

• A proactive drive you challenge the status quo take initiative and push boundaries to achieve impactful results.
