Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven ability to generate and maintain strong client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer you will focus on networking prospecting and cultivating new business opportunities while managing and renewing existing accounts.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 - $70000 (depending on experience) commissions
- Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new commercial lines business through networking sales calls and lead follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of client accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an agency or broker setting with a proven track record of success in generating new business.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen self-motivated and a hunter mentality for new business opportunities.
- Preferred Background: Experience working with middle-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus (training will be provided).
