DescriptionSr. Program Leader PMC (Process Measurement and Controls) Marine
This position is responsible for driving and executing multiple growth projects at PMC Marine. The scope of these projects extends beyond the core Marine portfolio exploring new possibilities utilizing products such as Gas Detection Modular Systems and Versatilis while also identifying synergies across Industrial Automation (IA) offerings when applicable. The Program Leader at PMC Marine is accountable for the successful execution and commercial readiness of solutions that are typically multi-disciplinary in nature encompassing hardware software services and partnerships (both internal and external).
This individual will lead various projects from inception to completion supporting their commercial success by collaborating closely with leadership sales operations excellence teams channel partners and external stakeholders/customers.
Responsibilities- Actively engage in formalizing early-stage ideas and advancing them to the concept phase with a clear phased approach to project execution. The scope includes proactive engagement with industry influencers strategic partners and customers to support business development efforts leading to successful commercial launch
- Take full responsibility for projects measured by schedule adherence investment management and expected business impact.
- Define project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and promote metrics-based project management practices.
- Ensure project milestones deliverables and KPIs are achieved through structured governance and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and track commercial action plans driving Management Operating System (MOS) initiatives at both the team and leadership levels.
- Partner with offering management sales and regional leaders to ensure the commercial readiness of solutions.
- Interact with partners and customers : Project concept phase Beta tests and support business development efforts
- Foster strong cross-functional coordination operational discipline and commercial alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Support launch excellence by aligning with launch processes and commercial playbooks.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program status risks and financial impact.
- Leverage tools such as Honeywell Milestone Reporter (HMR) and Weekly Analysis Report (WAR) for structured reporting.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
- 7 years of experience in program or project management operations or commercial enablement roles
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary initiatives in the marine sector that deliver commercial success - mandatory
- Demonstrated maturity and experience to balance the project management rigor to stay on track with KPIs with soft skills such as influencing
- Experience with establishing and collaborating with external partner companies and universities.
- Knowledge of digitization data analysis and process automation with good comm
- Relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of Honeywells PMC portfolio and operating model is a plus
- Fluent in English
