Job Summary:
The Manager - ERP and CRM is responsible for overseeing the implementation customization integration and ongoing support of the organizations ERP and CRM systems. The role ensures these platforms effectively support business operations improve process efficiency and enhance customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the administration configuration and enhancement of ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Manage end-to-end project delivery for ERP/CRM upgrades integrations and new implementations.
-
Ensure data integrity system security and compliance with organizational standards.

Provide user training support and documentation to ensure system adoption.
-
Coordinate with vendors and consultants for system development and maintenance.
-
Monitor system performance and implement process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).

10 years of experience in ERP and CRM management or similar roles.

Strong understanding of business processes across finance sales supply chain and customer service.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM tools (SAP Oracle Dynamics 365 Salesforce etc.).
