Job Summary
Carry out business development activities and be responsible for the planning and coordination of the activities and operations for assigned product lines from product design through product delivery to customers so as to satisfy customer needs and achieve business objections.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years proven experience on various apparel.
- Good knowledge of product standards and testing requirements.
- Proven track record at developing mid-level and high-level contacts.
- Good communication skills. Good command of written & spoken English.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to frequent travel to attend trade fairs and factory visit to capture the latest market availability to come up with a unique product proposition.
- Experience in trading or agent for apparel experience an advantage.
- Possess strong senseof product interpretation from overseas briefs and online global market trends.
- Able to manage cost quality and delivery expectations as well as develop a sound vendor matrix.
- Strong team management skills including oversee budgeting.
