This position plays a critical role in maintaining secure stable and scalable IT operations while supporting users across multiple platforms and environments. Key Responsibilities Network Security and Access Management Manage and support VPN access for remote users Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure VPN operations Configure and manage firewalls to enhance network security and optimize performance Administer user accounts and enforce password and access policies Assist users with password resets and account access issues Endpoint and Software Management Manage software updates and patch releases across systems Support endpoint management solutions with exposure to Zoho Endpoint Management preferred Ensure compliance with security policies across all endpoints Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues Cloud and Platform Administration Manage user accounts and resources across cloud platforms including Azure and AWS Support access controls resource allocation and basic cloud governance Assist in maintaining secure and optimized cloud environments Hardware and Operating System Support Provide hardware and software support for Windows Mac and Linux systems Troubleshoot system performance issues and software conflicts Support onboarding and offboarding related IT activities IT Equipment and Asset Management Handle procurement inventory tracking and maintenance of IT equipment Maintain accurate records of IT assets and lifecycle status Coordinate equipment allocation replacement and recovery Documentation and Communication Create and maintain IT documentation user guides and SOPs Ensure documentation reflects current systems and processes Communicate clearly and professionally with users and stakeholders Platform Specific Administration Manage and support RingCentral environments Administer Office 365 user access mailboxes and configurations Support collaboration and communication platforms Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Technology B Tech or equivalent Professional Experience 4 to 6 years of experience in IT support or network administration roles Experience supporting enterprise IT environments preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of VPN configurations firewall management and network security Familiarity with Zoho Endpoint Management Working knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms Hands on experience supporting Windows Mac and Linux systems Experience handling IT procurement and asset management Exposure to RingCentral and Office 365 administration is a strong plus
