Lead initiatives for Teams Device lifecycle management Zero Trust migrations and security hardening.
Maintain accurate system documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Support Tier 3 service escalations and resolve complex endpoint issues involving Windows Android OS and networking.
Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring compliance with Microsoft security standards.
The expertise you bring:
5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator focused on Windows and Microsoft technologies.
Strong knowledge of Teams Rooms Surface Hub and Android-based Teams devices.
Experience with Intune Autopilot Azure Active Directory and identity management.
Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security principles.
Proven ability to automate tasks through PowerShell and Azure automation frameworks.
Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills.
Understanding of CAB (Change Advisory Board) intake processes and system governance.
Capability to handle hardware up to 10 lbs and perform onsite lab testing 23 days per week.
