About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic loyalty program. This role requires strong interdepartmental coordination operational insight and a technical understanding of processes to ensure smooth program execution and client servicing in a fast-paced environment.
This role is critical for ensuring the operational excellence and client satisfaction of our loyalty program. Candidates should be adaptable collaborative and committed to driving cross-functional success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between multiple internal departments including the business leadership team solutions team consultants and client stakeholders.
- Capture document and validate client requirements clearly focusing on opportunity identification and enhancement feasibility.
- Coordinate and follow up regularly with 5-6 internal verticals to drive program management and delivery milestones.
- Manage communication channels effectively (e.g. email WhatsApp groups calls) to maintain seamless collaboration across teams.
- Provide operational support for service delivery points (e.g. lounges) and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions as needed to align teams with current processes and updates.
- Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach in a high-pressure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Background in operations reporting with technical exposure preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination in a multi-vertical setup.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and managing group interactions.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
