The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 65000 to $90000 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do In This Role:
- Leads the design of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Provides support in complex material specification schematic preparation bill-of-materials development and appropriate follow-up.
- Recommends ideas related to productivity improvement cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Performs important areas of standard professional-level work that typically require processing and interpreting more complex less clearly defined issues.
- Defines a path to the solution of complex or unusual problems for others.
- Identifies and resolves readily identifiable clearly defined problems.
- Seeks outgrowth and knowledge in a specific technical area.
- Leads complex projects through the project life cycle including all documentation and forecasting referring unusual situations to others.
- Lead a team of engineers and take accountability for the successful execution of projects.
- Create robust staffing and execution plans.
- Manage project budgets and proactively identify plans to mitigate cost overruns.
What We Are Looking For:
- BS in Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of warehouse automation.
- Motivated Self-Driven Results-Oriented
- Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts practices and procedures of a particular area of conveyance and sortation equipment.
- Experience with both Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and Siemens TIA Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Able to commission critical path work independently.
- Able to troubleshoot electrical issues that arise on-site.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
