We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst!
Innovation team involves building In-House solutions for Supply chain finance and commercial organization of the CPG Industry.
In this role you will be a part Analytics/Innovation HUB team which builds in-house analytics solutions for CPGR companies - shared services finance supply chain and commercial groups.
Responsibilities
Gather requirements understand data and work with projects team as quality analyst to ensure the accuracy of the deliverable
Examine what happened based on the historical data: Monthly quarterly yearly and so on. Identify and call out spot trends.
Interview stakeholders and use information to uncover and identify business problems in detail and propose solutions along with technical experts
Understand why something happened by comparing descriptive data sets. Determine the cause and provide directions
Determine likely outcomes by detecting tendencies in descriptive and diagnostic analyses. Take proactive actionlike reaching out to a customer project team etc.
Attempt to identify what business action to take. Provide analysis to bring significant value in the ability to address potential problems or stay ahead of industry trends use of complex algorithms and technology such as Power Bi SAP WEB IDE Etc.
Design Identify and maintain data schemas and databases; provide directions to fix coding errors and other data-related problems
Mine data from primary and secondary sources reorganize and understand data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
Using statistical tools and excel methodologies to interpret data sets paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for analysis
Preparing reports for clients that effectively communicate project outcome- trends patterns and predictions using relevant data
Collaborate with programmers engineers and Power Bi experts to develop analytics solutions
Create appropriate project documentation and user guide that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and solution

Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree (Engineering in Computer Science/information science) / Masters Degree (Ex: MBA in Data Analytics/ Business analytics)
Worked and managed SCM and Finance projects would be an added advantage.
