About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and Python to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders product teams and engineering teams to analyze data build reports and support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with business understanding and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract clean and transform data using SQL
- Perform exploratory data analysis using Python
- Develop dashboards reports and KPIs for business stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and anomalies
- Support business decision-making through data insights and recommendations
- Automate recurring reports and data processes
- Work with engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries joins aggregations performance optimization)
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Data visualization libraries (Matplotlib / Seaborn / Plotly)
- Experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL SQL Server etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into data queries and insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker etc.)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Experience working in agile teams
