Job Description-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Call Audit Executive to monitor evaluate and enhance the quality of sales calls for our e-Commerce (hardware industry) client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing inbound and outbound sales calls ensuring compliance with company standards improving sales effectiveness and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
The goal is to enhance conversion rates improve communication quality ensure process adherence and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and audit inbound and outbound sales calls as per defined quality parameters.
Evaluate calls based on communication skills sales pitch effectiveness compliance objection handling and closing techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to improve performance.
Identify training needs and coordinate with Sales/Training teams for improvements.
Maintain audit scorecards and performance reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies scripts and regulatory guidelines.
Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly quality reports.
Work closely with Sales Managers to improve team performance and conversion rates.
Participate in calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency.
Skills Required:
Strong listening and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and objection handling.
Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and call monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
