Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget
Present and demonstrate Audis premium features and technology in a compelling way
Provide transparent accurate information on financing leasing and trade-in options
Build strong lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Buick and GMC vehicles industry trends and competitor offerings
Collaborate with finance service and management teams for a seamless transaction
Maintain a polished professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and performance-driven
Thrive in a fast-paced multitasking environment
Proficient in computer systems and sales-related software
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
English required
Spanish is a plus
