The US Fulfilment Associate Mission:

To ensure US orders are processed smoothly and on time across all Astrid & Miyu channels; supporting strong growth and a consistent reliable experience for our US community. Driven by our values this role will ensure our operations scale with purpose precision and heart.

How youll drive success:

• Carefully pick and pack online orders making sure every detail is right for our customers.

• Help keep our inventory beautifully organised and accurate so the whole team can rely on it.

• Welcome and process inbound deliveries quickly and efficiently.

• Present each product with thought and care so every package truly reflects the Astrid & Miyu experience.

• Work closely with the team supporting one another as our volumes grow.

• Take pride in keeping our workspace tidy safe and inspiring for everyone.

• Aim to hit daily goals while staying flexible and proactive when challenges arise

• Handle customer returns with care ensuring a smooth and thoughtful process

What youll need to thrive:

• Previous experience in fulfilment logistics or operations is a bonus - but what matters most is your eagerness to learn.

• Youve got a hands-on approach and feel comfortable balancing different priorities as they come your way.

• You care about the details and take pride in what youre doing delivering exceptional customer service.

• Youre happy working independently and as part of a small team while also staying connected to our wider global business.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

1. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better asking questions inspired by our three core values

2. Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role

3. Final Interview - in-person at our US Fulfilment centre.
